Studied law at Masaryk University, and at the one-year MA program “Governance and Politics of European Integration” at the Faculty of Political Science, Universita di Bologna, kampus Forli, in Italy. He focuses on issues of European law and human rights.
He is co-author of the volumes Bezpečnostní a zahraniční politika vybraných zemí Balkánu [Security and Foreign Policy of Selected Balkan Countries] and Zahraniční a bezpečnostní politika Slovinska, Chorvatska, Rumunska a vývoj bezpečnostní situace v Bosně a Hercegovině [Foreign and Security Policy of Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, and the Security Situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina], and has made presentations at a number of conferences on the topic of human rights and European “constitutional” law. He is presently working on the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs grant project “Political Actors in the Process of Europeanization and Internationalization of the Political Environment in the CR”, and serves as assistant to director of the E.MA (European Master Programme for Human Rights and Democratization) for the Czech Republic doc.
